Thanks for watching my channel. I'm back with something new. Greetings, I'm Kayla and I'm happy to have you here. I've got another healthy meal. To make life easier, I'll be sharing five make-ahead fat-burning breakfast smoothies.
In addition to these two videos, I have two others as well. It is in this meal. The prep series has featured five make-ahead breakfast recipes and five make-ahead lunch recipes. Please find those playlists below for you to check out if you haven't already and remember that all recipes in this meal prep series are 100% gluten free.

Many of them will also be low carb, low sugar, and keto-friendly. Let's jump right in and get started. Here is a recipe for my blueberry muffin protein smoothie.
Now this is low, carbs, and paleo. I will be using my favorite protein powder, unsweetened almond milk, frozen blueberries, ground chia seeds, almond butter, and frozen blueberries.
Essentially, this is bulletproof collagen with vanilla flavor and already has a low carb sweetener mixed in. For a low carb smoothie, however, if your protein powder does not contain that, you may want to add stevia instead.
For a little sweetness, add all your ingredients to the blender and blend until you get an extra smooth texture. Now, to preserve this smoothie for a few days, make be sure to add some fresh lemon juice to it and this one will stay fresh. Up next is my lean green matcha smoothie.
Unlike the others, this is paleo, but I think it can also be made low-carb by removing the banana and adding more avocado. Here we go. There is going to be nut milk, avocado, banana, spinach, ground chia seeds, protein powder, fresh lemon juice, and matcha powder that you're going to need.
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. For your convenience, I will post these recipes on my blog so you can print them out. It's one of the best links I've ever written, so I'm leaving it in the description box below.
You're right. The matcha powder is super energizing and you can really boost your productivity with your next smoothie. Does my cacao energize me? A low-carb and paleo-friendly mocha smoothie. The ingredients are unsweetened almond milk, spinach, MCT oil or coconut oil, avocado, hemp, seeds, cacao powder, and protein powder.
My favorite reason for adding coconut oil or MCT oil to my smoothies is because these medium chain fatty acids may aid in fat burning. Increase brainpower and energy. This if you are craving chocolate, and I've even taken this smoothie in the afternoons, in the morning, or after lunch, depending on how healthy I feel.
You will make my matcha beet smoothie to boost your energy. There's no dairy or gluten in this one. A small beet banana, a flax, oil, hemp seeds, and matcha powder are required.
I know that not everyone is fond of beets, but you can trust me on this one. Besides eating the banana, beets contain a powerful antioxidant called beta Simon, which makes them taste delicious.
It can remove toxins from the liver and fatty deposits from your bloodstream, and we all know that a healthy liver means a healthy metabolism, which translates to optimal fat burning, so I honestly believe that you can benefit from it.
It will surprise you with its taste, so you should definitely try it. The last recipe I'd like to recommend is a fat-burning turmeric smoothie. Here we have another low-carb, paleo-friendly recipe, but it is intense so be sure to start slowly.
A nutritionally dense smoothie requires almond milk, ground chia seeds, avocado, MCT oil, protein powder, turmeric, cinnamon, and ginger. Both turmeric and ginger can assist in boosting metabolism, cleansing the body and reducing inflammation.
This smoothie is one of my favorites. If I ate too much the day before, since it reduces inflammation and bloating super fast. It is important to start slowly, especially if you are not familiar with the taste of ginger and turmeric.

Hello, I would like to share my experience using a diet called the smoothie diet. Dieting began for me. My weight had increased 70 pounds throughout both of my pregnancies, and I had tried many other ways to drop the weight, but nothing was working.
My diet at the time was just too hard, or I was hungry all the time and wasn't as happy as I should have been. So I came across the smoothie diet, which is so easy to follow. Making the smoothies replaces certain meals, and they taste amazing.
